Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pocket Robot AI browser extension and its website (the “Service”), operated by KiberTrader (the “Operator”). It does not govern the independent data practices of the trading platform.

1. Account data

The trading-account data transmitted to and retained by the Operator’s robot server is limited to the user identifier (UID) and real-account balance, for verification of access to the Service.

Platform logins, passwords, email addresses, first names, last names, authentication credentials and trade records are not transmitted to or stored on the robot server. The robot application does not store IP addresses.

2. Local processing

The extension processes account information, market data, trading instructions and trade results in the browser to provide its stated features. Settings are stored locally. Authentication information and trading instructions are used with the trading platform; they are not sent to the robot server.

3. Service providers and disclosure

The Service communicates with the trading platform, the Operator’s service and hosting/content-delivery providers as necessary for its operation. These providers receive the network information needed to deliver their services, including IP addresses. This does not mean that IP addresses are stored by the robot application. The platform and external websites apply their own privacy policies.

User data is not sold or used for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending. Transfers are limited to providing the Service, preventing fraud or abuse, fulfilling legal obligations, or a business transfer with the user’s prior explicit consent.

4. Cookies

The robot may use cookies in connection with robot activation.

5. Retention and user rights

UID and balance information are retained until deletion is requested by the user. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be submitted using the contact details below, subject to verification of the requester’s authority and applicable law. Removing the extension does not itself delete server records. Browser settings can be used to clear locally stored data.

Correspondence voluntarily submitted to the Operator is processed for handling the request. This is separate from data transmitted by the extension.

6. Limited Use and security

The Operator’s use of extension user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Processing is restricted to the disclosed purposes. Human access is limited to specific user consent, security needs, legal obligations or aggregated and anonymized internal operations. No system provides an absolute guarantee of data security.

7. Scope and updates

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older. Changes to this policy will be published on this page. Any additional notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided or obtained before the relevant changes take effect.
