Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of the Pocket Robot AI browser extension and related website (the “Service”), operated by KiberTrader (the “Operator”). By installing or using the Service, the user agrees to these Terms. A user who does not accept them is not authorized to use the Service.
The user must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement and comply with applicable law and the trading platform’s terms. Availability of the Service does not establish that trading or automation is lawful or permitted in the user’s jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides trading signals and user-configured trading automation. The Operator is not a broker, custodian or investment adviser and does not hold user funds. Signals and other information do not constitute individualized investment advice or a recommendation to enter a particular transaction.
The Service is independently developed and is not an official Pocket Option product. References to third-party names identify compatibility and do not constitute endorsement.
3. User responsibility and trading authorization
The user is responsible for account selection, trading parameters, use of signals and all trading decisions. Enabling automated trading authorizes the Service to submit trading instructions according to the selected configuration without separate confirmation of each transaction.
The user bears the financial consequences of orders accepted by the trading platform. Disabling or uninstalling the Service does not cancel such orders. Account access, execution, settlement and custody of funds remain subject to the trading platform’s rules.
4. Access and permitted use
Access to features is subject to the activation and eligibility conditions displayed in the Service. The user must not circumvent access restrictions, interfere with operation, obtain unauthorized access or use the Service unlawfully.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security reasons or legal requirements. The user may cease use at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale or circumvention of technical protections is prohibited, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.
6. Risk and disclaimer of warranties
USE OF THE SERVICE AND ALL TRADING ACTIVITY ARE AT THE USER’S OWN RISK. Binary-options trading can result in the loss of all funds committed to trading. Past results, signal strength and demonstrations do not guarantee future performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant profitability, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or prevention of losses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. This includes losses associated with signals, configured strategies, execution delays, rejected orders, connectivity failures and third-party services.
These exclusions apply only insofar as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, nor does it limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Third-party services and personal data
The Operator does not control the trading platform or other external services and does not guarantee their availability, performance or compliance. Their separate terms apply. Processing of user data by the Operator is governed by the Privacy Policy. Related disclosures are available in the Third-party Services and Affiliate Disclosure and Risk Warning.
9. Changes and severability
The Operator may modify the Service and these Terms, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not override mandatory law applicable to the user.
